Dr. Cadena received her PhD in business administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio, MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, and B.S. in Mathematics from Texas A&M University in Kingsville, Texas. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Her research interest is in real estate, including foreclosures, marketing methods, green features, and house flipping.
