Design, write, and illustrate new and existing end-user product documentation. Core areas of responsibilities include the following:
• Produce technical documentation, including writing, editing, and revising manuals.
• Create professional and functional illustrations that improve the coherency of technical
documentation;
• Edit manuals and other technical documentation for consistent application of technical
terminology and verification of accuracy per company standard language and style;
• Interface with product design groups, management, and marketing to design and improve
documentation to meet or exceed user requirements; and
• Liaise between engineering, marketing, drafting, customer service, and other subject matter
experts to gather required components for the creation of manuals and other technical
documentation.
Technical: Intranet technical writing, process and project management, business analyst, and training.
Bowling: Mentor in progression of educational opportunities through the sport of bowling – including leader in development of school/community programs and bowling event management. USBC Bowling Level I and Dick Ritger’s Level I Bowling Instruction & Coaching Certifications.
