      Serve as capture manager for team responsible for winning bid opportunities that have been approved for pursuit. Manage bidding process from strategy review (pre-submittal) to project delivery stage (post award). Develop proposals for both new and incumbent work by determining staffing (skillset, education, labor categorization, and estimated salary) needs, provide technical solutions, analyze and mitigate potential risks, and write technical, staffing, and management approaches, past performance citations/references, executive summaries, and other required proposal components to submit successful bids.
      As Project Manager, manage multiple DoD contracts to service Air Force and Commercial IT customers. Responsibilities include managing multiple onsite managers at various customer sites to ensure successful execution of services to customers, facilitating and approving staff hiring activities, addressing personnel issues through approved HR processes, managing contract deliverable requirements, maintaining staffing levels on each contract, building and maintaining positive customer relationships, meeting project deadlines within agreed upon schedules and budgets.
