Background
Mariama N. Nagbe is actively on the academic job market in search of a tenure-track faculty position at a leading research institution. Her research agenda spans three strands: 1) racial power dynamics in organizations; 2) organizational socialization; and 3) organizational justice. Broadly, she is interested in exploring the network relationships and structures between individuals/groups, organizations, and systems from an interdisciplinary, multi-level perspective of organizational behavior. Specifically, she researches how the formation, function, and diversity of networks (plus information exchanges therein) influence or constrain an organization's innovation within the knowledge production enterprise.
