ContactI help people tell their stories compellingly. Unearthing new insights, crafting stories and communicating them as actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders to further support managerial and marketing decisions was my bread and butter. Today, I bring this expertise to the classroom or to the conference room, so that other professionals can make more genuine connections with their audience resulting in more sales, stronger business relationships with their clients and an enhanced authority profile in their industry. In my previous positions, I have gained an expertise on quantitative analysis using statistical methods, but have also experience in qualitative research studies as a focus group moderator. I mastered survey design, SPSS and Excel for data analysis, became certified in Google Analytics, Google Adwords and MS suite. I'm familiarized with XLCube and SQL and as a Lecturer at Florida International University in addition to leading Core Speech Communications. Currenty I'm a Lecturer at Columbia University for the Masters of Applied Analytics.
Core Speech Communications teaches individuals how to be better communicators so that they can resonate with their audiences. We teach them to speak their ideas in a clear and compelling way that transmits confidence and results in an embrace of the message shared. We do this by teaching storytelling, message craft, presentation design, diction, non-verbal presence and delivery.
We offer small group workshops, one-day corporate training and private instruction to professionals and young adults.
Lead online Strategic Communication course for the MAA program at the School of Professional Studies. Assist in the development of the curriculum by aligning theoretical knowledge with practical applications in the field of Analytics based on my professional expertise.
Lead face to face and online communication courses. Managed courses include: Public Speaking (also teaching at Miami-Dade Community College), Business and Professional Communication, Organizational Communication and Gender and Communication.
