      Responsibilities: Manage the development, delivery, and execution of key manufacturing process and global cross functional projects across Monsanto Vegetables Division. Lead the global cross functional Order to Cash Platform Team to track process adoption, prioritize and coordinate efforts across functions, and drive resolution to key business issues. Accomplishments: •Led the Post Go Live Implementation of the BTS/VSS Project which provided real time visibility of supply available to our global customers at the point of order creation. Project team included 23 members from all 6 regions and implemented 88 change requests resulting in a global time savings of 685 hrs per month, reduction of 3 FTEs, refocus of 4.5 FTEs, and a 57% reduction of holds for PRC customer orders. •Managed the monthly Inventory Allotment tool and process for Monsanto Vegetables to assign supply to forecasted sales over $900M. Established stability in the process by defining solutions, monitoring, prioritizing, and ensuring proper testing was completed on requested business process and system changes. Monitored system and business process performance and provided weekly communication to Mon Veg Leadership, Inventory Management, Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Customer Operations on process and systems changes.
