ContactBackground
Strengths-based Organizational Development leader with a knack for uncovering what's best in people and organizations by leveraging strengths at all levels. The beauty of my career is that I have had the unique opportunity of wearing many "hats" in various roles. As a result, I have extensive knowledge of strategies and tools to support large-scale change efforts and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects. Experience in these leadership roles have taught me the following: - Values-based leadership matters and happens to have nothing to do with position - The one thing, and most important thing, a balance sheet does not reflect are your connections - The true testament of a “team player" is one who is less concerned with who gets credit, as long as they win! - When confronted with a challenge, you can always tell who is on your side by those who run toward the fire, as opposed to away from it -The lens with which we see the world should be one where challenges are opportunities -Failing forward can be a great thing In that vein, please reach out and connect with me. Specialties:Leadership, HR Strategy, Curriculum Design, Training / Facilitation, Strength Assessments, Organizational Development, Adult Learning Theories, Lean Six Sigma Awareness, Performance Management, Change Management, Project Management.
