Background

Hello, I am a PhD Candidate in Management, on track to graduate in Spring 2022. Broadly speaking, I have two streams of research: 1) a methods stream focused on leveraging web scraping, computer-aided text analysis (CATA), and machine learning techniques to operationalize old constructs in new ways, and 2) a theoretical stream focused on Machiavellianism (my dissertation topic). Additionally, I have six years of college teaching experience, including multiple sections of organizational behavior, leadership, management & organization, systems process & technologies, and systems resource development. Looking for a tenure track assistant professor position with a university that not only promotes research productivity, but also seeks to create a valuable learning experience for students.
