Background

I study the conditions under which organizations might and might not derive competitive advantage through human capital. Specifically, I focus on the role of complementary firm resources in the human capital value creation process, particularly within the context of employee mobility and employee entrepreneurship. In my dissertation, I explore the moderating role of the physical work environment on value generation through human capital.
