I am an Assistant Professor in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship group. My research interests meet at the cross-section of technological innovation, strategic management, and organizational evolution. Current research projects include work on complementor innovation within platform ecosystems, the relationship between strategic renewal and co-opetition, and the effect of top management team structure on strategic change. My recent teaching has been focused on our undergraduate capstone Strategic Management course. I also serve as the course coordinator to facilitate best practices across a wide spectrum of instructors that include senior doctoral students, non-tenure track faculty, and seasoned faculty members.
