Dr. Blancero is a researcher and national speaker on issues of Latinx in the workplace. She is currently the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs in Business at Bentley University. Her research has been published in Industrial Relations, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Cross Cultural Management, the International Journal of Management, and others.
