Background
I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Texas at San Antonio. My scholarly concentration is organizational behavior and human resource management. I successfully defended my dissertation proposal titled, "Backfired: The unintentional consequences of emotional labor on organizations" on May 1, 2018. My research interests are emotions in the workplace, organizational justice, and workplace deviance. I am currently on the market in search of an Assistant Professor position at a balanced institution.
