      Background

Quentin began his professional career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua where he consciously embraced the value of relationship-building, a personality trait that has served him well while having to navigate corporate cultures, often void of cultural competencies. With global lived-experiences, including Central and South America, and the Caribbean, he brings a certain relatability to Reimagining Diversity Consulting and its vision to solve the global problem of difference. His dissertation and research interests focus on bias and discriminatory behavior in the workplace and their intersection with emergent technologies, including virtual and augmented reality. Quentin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University, a Master of Arts in Latin America Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and he is currently a 3rd year PhD student in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. He and his wife, Dr. Andrea N. Baldwin, live in Salt Lake City with their son, Liam.
