Background
I am a PhD candidate and management researcher at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. My research investigates how individuals use networks for emotion regulation. My research addresses how individuals use networks for emotion regulation. I examine how networks shape employee emotions, well-being, and performance using a variety of methodologies, including experiments, social network analysis, experience sampling, and text analysis. I will graduate in the spring of 2026, and I am seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor role at a leading business school with a collaborative community and a commitment to cultivating impactful research for both our field and the workplace.
