I explore how identity, ideology, and cultural narratives uniquely shape traits, expectations, and behaviors of people from different groups and backgrounds. I also explore how organizational culture and organizational labeling impact stakeholder affect, support, and behavior. I am particularly equipped to teach Negotiations, a DEI-focused course, and intro to Organizational Behavior and Leadership. I have TA'd for each of these courses as well as taught my own intro to OB course. I am a former Division 1 football scholar athlete (University of Richmond, Go Spiders!) with a large affinity for music, sunshine, and wellness.
