Background
I study how individuals manage and (re)claim their social identities in response to changes in their communities, particularly within the workplace. My research explores how global events, sociopolitical tensions, and shifting cultural climates shape identity processes at work. As a qualitative researcher, I use interviews, observations, archival analysis, and digital ethnography to better understand the relationships between macro-level forces and individual-level identity processes.
