ContactTony Ballard is a Human Capital and Talent Transformation Leader with a distinguished 27+ year career spanning the finance industry, the U.S. Air Force, entrepreneurship, and academia. He brings deep expertise in organizational and workforce development, career transitions, and talent strategy, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in complex and dynamic environments. In the financial services sector, Tony led enterprise-wide mentorship initiatives, negotiated high-stakes contracts, and implemented global learning strategies that impacted over 200,000 employees across the U.S. and four international regions. As the founder and owner of an independent consulting firm, he provides one-on-one career readiness services to veterans transitioning from the military to the civilian workforce. He also partners with companies to design military veteran programs and serves as a keynote speaker, advocating for the inclusion of veterans in the civilian workforce. Earlier in his career, Tony retired as a Chief Master Sergeant (E-9) from the U.S. Air Force, where he led large-scale organizational development initiatives at the Pentagon and the Headquarters Air Force Personnel Center. In these roles, he influenced HR policy and workforce strategy initiatives that impacted more than 697,000 military personnel and civilian service employees worldwide. Tony is an active member of the ATD Greater Atlanta Chapter, serves as an adjunct professor teaching Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Management) in the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He is seeking full-time clinical teaching roles in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, area.
