Ph.D. Candidate (Associate Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant) at Indiana University
ContactBackground
I am a fifth-year, OBHR, Ph.D. Candidate at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. After a decade in management consulting, I came to academia with a passion to help leaders and their members thrive in complex team arrangements. Particularly, my main research identity explores the growing reality for most employees of reporting to more than one direct supervisor and often being members of multiple project teams. I also take teaching and service seriously, evident by having received awards in both categories. I am excited to be on the market this year, and to find an institution where I can contribute as a colleague, as well as continue to grow as a scholar and educator.
