ContactBackground
I am a fifth-year PhD Candidate in Management Strategy at the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. My primary research explores stakeholder management and the impact of social perceptions, such as reputation and status, within the context of social responsibility and sociopolitical activism. Prior to my academic career, I spent two decades in industry, primarily in general management and marketing for consumer packaged goods in OTC Pharma (Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson) and Food (ConAgra, TreeHouse, Wilton). In that capacity, I built and led high performing cross-functional teams, achieving multiple new item launch successes, cost reductions and effective organizational process optimizations. Additionally, I had responsibility for P&L management, business operations, and strategic planning, leveraging customer and consumer insights to build and accomplish short and long term growth objectives.
